Today i was working at ETP. I was late for 5 mins. Gosh! i took taxi! and still late. Damn! Haizz.. Soo i tumb in. Went to ops room to sign in. Guess wat? Our revenue manpower was 5+1. Waaa! Soo good uh. (in other words not enough staff!!) All fullday accept for Reena & Zul. How cool is that, by 4 they are going off and it will be 3+1+1.. hahaha.. Plus imran pm shift. (Suffering) It was alot of ppl. We only had our Echo Lima & none of us had our Echo Delta accpet for those doing at C2. They had theirs. Waaa.. My legs is like a screw that needs singa oil. hahaha.. Very2 pain, and customer keep on coming. Untill at this time of point i really need to go to the ladies i juz call imran to cover me and went of to the ladies. Waa.. seriously, cannot tahan sey.. hahaha.. Then early onn.. There is this customer who won only 2 toys. Which is 6 to 8 inces. She keep on complaining asking for a plastic bag. Then suddely she say we have BAD Customer services. If we were at IMM we would die. I was lyke uhh? WTF? HAHA! Luckly i was not serving her. It was Reena who serving her. Elaine also kena F*** by her upside down. Waa! Then Elaine F*** back until she was like blur & dont know wat to say. They always say Customers are always ryte? Who say? When im a customer they dont say im ryte. This is all crap. hahah.. & Elaine always save our day. hahaha.. She good man! But scary laa when he gets Mad. Like Lion. heeee..
